Turned the key and got nothing but a single hollow click sound. The mechanic arrived equipped with the exact replacement starter for my vehicle, explained the solenoid failure clearly, and swapped it out cleanly in under an hour. Smooth, transparent, and super professional work.

I brought my car here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The work they did is absolutely amazing—my car looks brand new. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality work. Thank you for taking such great care of my car!

My daughter broke down on her way home from college and we had the car towed to them. They were able to find the issue, fix it timely, and accommodate us picking the car back up. Thank you so much for helping in a hectic situation. I have your contact in my phone if I hear of anyone needing help in the area!

Dan with M.M.P. of Minneapolis performed a headlight unit installation and removal on my '17 Kia Sorento. He did great! Got the job done very quickly and did it from the comfort of my driveway. Thanks again Dan and the rest of Mobile Mechanic Pros of Minneapolis!

Do NOT use Mobile Mechanic Pros Minneapolis. I called to have an AC evacuation performed on my 2007 INFINITI G35x. When I asked the dispatcher if they are EPA certified to perform the work, he disconnected the call. When I called back, another dispatcher answered, so I explained the work I needed again. During our conversation, the dispatcher began talking to someone else on the call, and then transferred me back to the first person I spoke with, who was actually driving while talking with me. He then asked a third time for the year, make, and model of my vehicle. When I told him I had already given that information twice, he said, “We’re a lot busier than you. If you don’t want the service, I’ll hang up.” When I told him I’m calling his business for service, he hung up on me. It appears Mobile Mechanic Pros Minneapolis couldn’t care less about retaining my business. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, which is why they have a three-star Google rating.
